Introduction to Therapeutic Adventure Programming

This course introduces upper year students to the interdisciplinary field of therapeutic adventure for at-risk youth. Students are immersed in an experiential learning environment in an off-campus setting where they are introduced to aspects relevant to the field of experiential education and adventure therapy programming. PREREQ: approval of the Coordinator of the Outdoor Adventure leadership program. (lec/exp 3) cr 3. Crosslisted with PHED 4457. Students may not retain credit for both INTE 4457 and PHED 4457.
