Ethical Leadership

This course explores leadership in organizations that support the development, implementation, and audit of effective ethical programs in a global environment. In addition, societal-organizational interactions and governance issues are examined through the lens of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Personal values and the challenges of ethical leadership will be studied and explored, in CSR programs and practices that allow for good governance. 3 credits. Online and on campus delivery. Prerequisite: HROB-5001 Students cannot retain credits for both COMM 5101 and MGMT 5101.
