Yoga

This course offers an introduction to Yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). Students will explore how Hatha Yoga embraces the greater context of yogic wisdom (philosophy) and personal insight as well as health benefits. (exp 3) cr 1.5.
