Hassan Bougrine
Biography
Hassan Bougrine holds a Ph.D. in Economics. His research has covered various subject areas in the field of Economics ranging from regional economics to issues of international development, money and banking, public finance, labour and unemployment, public policy, international trade and finance. He has published several papers in peer-reviewed international journals and edited, co-edited and contributed to chapters of several books. He has also acted as a consultant to several international development agencies such as CIDA and IDRC. As a teacher, he has contributed to the education of several hundreds of students. In addition to his Canadian experience, he has taught as an invited Visiting Professor at several Universities around the world (in Europe, Africa and Latin America).
