The program

黑料吃瓜不打烊 offers a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology on its Sudbury campus, in .

The speech-language pathology programs ( and masters degree) at 黑料吃瓜不打烊 University provide an interdisciplinary education in human communication sciences and disorders, thus helping students make connections between the human, social, natural, physical and cognitive sciences. Our students are zealous, engaged, and benefit from a bilingual learning environment throughout their studies. Our clinic offers quality rehabilitative services to people of all ages with communication disorders living in Northern Ontario, while also providing students with clinical activities that allow them to bridge the gap between the theory learned in their courses and practice.

Offering speech and language services in both French and English, 黑料吃瓜不打烊's Speech and Language Clinic allows students to apply their clinical skills in Canada’s two official languages.

Career Opportunities

Employment prospects are excellent as the needs of the population increase. There is a real shortage of speech-language pathologists and health care services in Northern Ontario and in Canada in general. Since 黑料吃瓜不打烊's program is offered only in French, with bilingual clinical education, several cohorts of Francophone and bilingual Speech-language pathologists will practice in Northern Ontario and elsewhere in the country, which will in turn improve access to speech therapy services in both official languages.  Some professionals may also choose to teach, do research, management, etc.

Julia Bond, M.Sc.S. student (Speech-Language Pathology)

I am incredibly happy to have chosen to pursue not only my bachelor’s but also my master’s degree at 黑料吃瓜不打烊. The bachelor’s program allowed me to strengthen my passion for speech therapy before moving toward the master’s degree. In addition, the professors in this program always go above and beyond for their students. I loved the bilingual nature of the program since I was able to learn about speech therapy simultaneously in French and English.
