MIR students

MIR students have unique opportunities for learning and travel that broaden their knowledge of Indigenous Worldviews. The MIR students are encouraged to present at local and national level conferences whenever possible. International conference opportunities have included trips to New Zealand to the Healing Our Spirit Worldwide conference, as well as to the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues at the United Nations in New York, where students presented their research papers and participated in international forums.
